A martial arts weapon is a natural extension of a warriors body when mastered of course. Weapons used in many martial arts such as Hap Ki Do, Kung fu and Karate to name a few are incorporated into the curriculum of many fighting schools across the world. Many students learn the craft of mastering martial arts weapons because they are amazed and intrigued by the art of it. It can take many years to master martial arts weapons until it becomes part of your being.
Many Forms Of Martial Art Weapons
Martial arts weapons come in the forms of bladed and non bladed, close range and far range options. For example a martial artist can select a bladed weapon to fight with such as a sword used by samurai's and ninjas. You can use what's called a kama and knives which are also bladed weapons. Are using Martial Arts Weapons Dangerous?
To answer the question of if people mastering martial arts weapons being a threat to society I would say no. This is because people who practice martial arts and master the weapons that come along it with it have amazing control over themselves and arsenal. Most martial art students learn weaponry either to some day compete sort of like a figure skater or just for the sheer appreciation of the art. I have yet to hear on the news about some wacko going on a rampage at the local mall with a bo staff or samurai sword. So you be the judge.
